05 / Straight answers

Before you reply to a cold email

Fair questions.
Plain answers.

Is this a scam?

You shouldn’t have to take my word for it. If you’re among Opsmith’s first ten direct clients, there’s no deposit: see the before-and-after first. If the result isn’t what I said it would be, don’t pay.

Why is it so cheap?

Because the job stays narrow: one defined defect, a flat scope, async delivery. And because Opsmith is a new brand earning its first case files. I’m carrying that trust cost, not hiding it in the price.

What if the fix breaks something?

I back up first, document every change, and include rollback notes. Nothing touches production without your approval. If I missed something in the agreed fix, I’ll fix it for seven days.

Who are you?

I’m Kelley, in Phoenix. Opsmith is my fixed-price operations brand for done-for-you work and practical tools for trade businesses. I sign the email, do what it says, and put the evidence here.

Do we need a call?

No. Send the page and what you’re seeing. The work is async, and you approve before anything touches production.

Have a defect in mind?

Send the finding.
I’ll tell you if I can fix it.
